Ok where to start? Learning how to make and do this blog. That has been a challenge for me. One step at a time. Well we have to wait to buy land, so learning it is. I think sometimes there are not enough hours in my day to try and learn all that I want. I wish we could of stared this earlier in life but its ok we will go from here. When to start buying seed? What kind of chickens are we going to want? Do we build a home our selves or buy one already built? So many questions and not very many answers. So this is where I begin.
Make a list.
First we have to decide on type of land/house. Which is going to take a little more thought and research. Can we go all solar/wind power and wood heat? Or do we need a back up plan?
2...chickens. I want egg layers and meat. Best kind for where we want to live?
3... garden seeds make a design and figure out what goes where.
So tomorrow first thing to start on is chickens. Do research and see what I want.
